What are your processing times?All of our products are handmade and depending on the product you purchased production times may very. Some products are already available to ship and others are made to order which will be specified on that specific product page. On average, please allow 1-3 business days for your order preparation. We use flat rate shipping and your product/s will usually arrive within 5-7 business days depending on your location. Due to Covid-19 pandemic, expect some shipping delays. We apologize for any inconvenience. Thank you.

How do I know my order has shipped?Once your order is confirmed and payments are received, you will automatically receive an email confirmation along with your order number. Please allow 1-2 busines days after your order is shipped to receive your tracking email along with an attached link to follow the shipping progress.

What is your return and exchange policy?Yanni & Yacky's Stuff, aim to provide our customers with the highest quality products and we're so sorry that you aren't in love with your item/s! All returns must me made within 30 days of your delivery date ( holidays are excluded ). To be eligible for a return, all items purchased must be unused and in new condition. All returns will be refunded to it's original form of payment. We allow exchanges for all unused items.

How do I start a return?Please contact us via email at info@yanniyackystuff.com with your order number and reason for your return. Please allow 24 hours for a response.

How long will it take to process my return?We will send you an email once your order is received and inspected. Please allow up to 5 business days for your return to be processed. Be advised that processing times varies depending on your method of payment and your bank's policies. Contact your bank or credit card company to ask when you can expect your refund to post.

Do I have to pay for a return?All shipping fees for returns are free!

Do you make custom products?Unfortunately, we do not offer custom products. We take pride of our time spent on crafting our products and trying to make accomodations to designs in the past disrupted the flow of production which caused us to cease custom ordering. Perhaps sometime in the future we will revisit this option. Thanks for being understanding!
